Our orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We have extremely fast world wide shipping. Shop confidently knowing that exchanges and returns are easy.
For The Netherlands and Belgium orders placed before 13:00 are delivered the next working day for free.
For Germany orders placed before 22:00 are delivered within 48-72 hours.
We aim to ship all orders within one working day, however during peak periods it may take up to two. Transit times displayed below are on top of this time. Your products will be delivered through high-end courier services. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a track & trace number so you can easily track your package. Our shipping fees always include customs duties and import taxes. Please note that shipping to remote areas may take a day or two longer.

Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation. If it’s been more than two business days and you haven’t received tracking information, feel free to email us at care@mersino-originale.com to make sure your order is on its way. Business days are Monday to Friday. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected on the next business day.
INSURANCE
When your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Return
Mersino-Originale will refund any product purchased from the Online Boutique that does not conform to your expectations, provided that you submit your request within 14 calender days from the product delivery date. For this purpose, terms and conditions explicated in ‘Terms and Conditions’ apply.
If you choose the standard online return process, store the products supplied with the security tag, the hang tags and all the related inside the original packaging. Seal the package carefully in order to ensure on adequate protection of the contents, during the transportation and attach the shipping label for the courier.
Refund
We will notify you immediately when we receive your return(s) parcel. The purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded within 14 days. We refund the money to the same account as you made the payment with. Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping and return costs.
Additionally, we cannot accept liability for, and are unable to refund, items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. We recommend the use of a tracked service when returning goods.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please return the product(s) you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer.
